Welcome to Fenland Poetry - the online home of Fen Speak and the Fenland Poet Laureate Awards 2012-2017, and a source of information about poetry / spoken word news and events in the Fens.
FEN SPEAK is a regular poetry and spoken word open mic night with a friendly and supportive atmosphere where local writers come together to share their work.
The Fenland Poet Laureate 2012-2017 scheme is an annual competition, established in 2011, which selects a 'Poet Laureate' for the Fens. Click here for the results of the 2017 competition.
